Campaigns
SMS and email campaigns, run for you.
We write them, send them and manage them — and if you want, you set a monthly spending cap and we run campaigns up to it. You approve the cap; you can raise, lower or remove it whenever you like.
What we do
- ✓ SMS campaigns to your opted-in customer list
- ✓ Email campaigns, written and designed for you
- ✓ Audience segmentation from your CRM data
- ✓ Scheduling, sending and deliverability monitoring
- ✓ Optional monthly spending cap, never exceeded without your approval
- ✓ Monthly report of what was sent, spent and what it returned
Billing
How campaigns are billed
This is the part most agencies leave vague, so here it is plainly. Campaign charges are not a fixed monthly fee — they move with what you actually send and the budget you set, which is why two clients on the same service pay different amounts.
Management fee
A fee for writing, building and running the campaigns. Agreed in writing before anything starts, and it does not change without your approval.
Usage
Messages and emails actually sent, charged at the per-message rate in your written scope. Send less one month, pay less.
Your spending cap
Set a monthly ceiling and we send up to it, then stop. We never exceed it without your written approval, and you can raise, lower or remove it at any time.
- ✓ Nothing is prepaid — you are billed after campaigns send, never before
- ✓ We hold no funds for you and pay no third parties out of your money
- ✓ Every invoice itemises management fee and usage separately
- ✓ You can ask for the underlying send record at any time
- ✓ Amounts vary by client and by month — by design
- ✓ All charges in USD, shown on your statement as GLOBAL WEB APPS
Permission
We only message people who agreed to hear from you
Campaigns run on your opted-in list. You confirm you hold the consents for the contacts you give us, every message carries an unsubscribe or STOP path, and opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently.
